A b o u t M e!

For as long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by these typing machines of yesteryear! My first typewriter purchase was when I was 13. A Smith Corona Secretarial. I ended up giving it away and sadly forgot about typewriters. It wasn't until several years later, when I purchased a striking blue and black electric Smith Corona, that my curiosity was restored for these magnificent dinosaurs. I am always on the hunt for new machines at thrift stores, estate sales, yard sales and antique malls. Each machine has it's own unique personality, and that is what makes this such an exciting and rewarding hobby. Stay tuned for page updates and new additions to my collection!
